Cook Off!
The Great Cook
Off was a blast. The three Scouts teams competed against
each other to impress the judges with their cooking talents.
The judges were Stingray & Swallow, Panther & Ladybird, and
Bulgiera & Matt P. Points were awarded for the table layout,
the menu and presentation. The overall score was so close
that in the end all three teams were the winners.

were as follows:
Laura's team - Served Panther & Ladybird
Starter
- Cheese & Butternut Soup, Main course - Spaghetti
Bolognaise + Greek salad , Desert - Fruit Cocktail served in
a hollowed out pineapple with ice cream
Roxy's Team
- Served Bulgiera & Matt P

- Paté with Crackers, Main Course - Mussels on a bed of Rice
with vegetables, Desert - Chocolate Mousse
Richard M's Team - Served Stingray & Swallow
Starter
- Mussels & Crackers, Main Course - Pita bread filled with
Chicken and Salad, Desert - Peaches & Custard
The
judges were served by each teams waiters and the meals
were enjoyed by candle light and to the sounds of violin
music. Well done guys!
At
7:00pm all of the Scouts got together and faced West to give
a small prayer and salute Richard Whitt at his Springbok
interview. |
